Terms & inspection disclaimer

These terms apply to every inspection booked with AutoInspect.ae, online, on WhatsApp or by phone. By booking an inspection you agree to them.

1. What the inspection is

Our inspection is a visual, non-invasive assessment of the vehicle's condition at the time and place of the inspection. We use the tools described for your package, such as a paint thickness gauge and an OBD diagnostic scanner, and a road test where the package includes one and the seller allows it.

2. What the inspection is not

• It is not a warranty or guarantee of the vehicle's future condition, reliability or value.
• We do not dismantle the vehicle, remove parts or panels, or inspect internal engine or gearbox components.
• Faults that are intermittent, hidden, or that appear after the inspection may not be detected.
• It is not an accident-history, ownership, finance or mileage-history check, unless stated in your report.
• Free VIN check results come from public factory data and are for information only.

3. Access to the vehicle

You are responsible for arranging access to the vehicle with the seller at the booked time. If the vehicle is not available, the seller refuses parts of the inspection, or conditions make a check unsafe, those items will be marked as not inspected in the report.

4. Booking, rescheduling and cancellation

Bookings are confirmed on WhatsApp. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please tell us as early as possible on WhatsApp or by phone. If our inspector has already travelled to the vehicle, a call-out charge may apply.

5. Prices and offers

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Online offers and promo codes apply only to the package stated, cannot be combined, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

6. Your report

The report is prepared for you, the customer who booked the inspection. It reflects the vehicle's condition at the time of the inspection only. The final decision to buy, and at what price, is yours.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claim relating to an inspection is limited to the fee you paid for that inspection. We are not liable for indirect losses, including repair costs for faults that could not reasonably be detected during a visual, non-invasive inspection.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
