• Details you send us when you book: your name, WhatsApp number, the car, inspection location, date, time and any notes.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
• Photos and information about the vehicle collected during the inspection.

Our booking form does not store your details on this website. It prepares a WhatsApp message that you choose to send to us.

How we use it

• To arrange and carry out your inspection.
• To prepare and send your inspection report.
• To contact you about your booking.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

• WhatsApp (Meta) delivers your booking messages and reports.
• Free VIN check: the VIN you enter is sent to the public vPIC database of the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to look up factory data.
• Google Fonts provides the fonts on this website.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure how visitors use this website (pages viewed, device type, and clicks on our WhatsApp, call and booking buttons). They use cookies and don't tell us who you are.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details and reports only as long as we need them to provide our service and meet legal requirements.
